What a fantastic day!
We started at the climbing wall and then took zip wire. This was followed by a few rounds of archery to channel our inner Robin Hood and Katniss Everdeen.
After a stop for lunch we then all headed out to the Katakanoes to take on laps of the lake - with a stop off for games that involved getting very wet!
The weather was perfect, glorious sunshine and the kids had so much fun - grinning from ear to ear! Not only were the kids pushing themselves out of their comfort zones, but they were also making friends! As one parent fed back, "It's a massive confidence booster for our daughter and for her to enable to mix with other deaf children around her age group, for her to feel part of a deaf community."
